Little Hooves Challenge Checklist

The Little Hooves Challenge is for kids aged 10 and under, featuring 20 different activities:
  • Meet and greet: Introduce the child to a friendly horse, allowing them to gently pet and interact with it under supervision.
  • Pony ride: Offer a short, guided pony ride on a gentle and well-trained pony.
  • Horse grooming: Teach the child how to groom a horse by providing a soft brush and showing them how to brush the horse's coat.

  • Stick horse race: Set up a mini obstacle course and have the child participate in a stick horse race.
  • Horseshoe toss: Create a horseshoe toss game using plastic or foam horseshoes.
  • Horse-themed craft: Help the child create a horse-themed craft, such as a paper plate horse or a horse mask.
  • Storytime with horses: Read a horse-themed storybook to the child, discussing the illustrations and the plot.
