1Refund Policy
No Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any of our horse challenges, contests, or events. Once a registration or ticket purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
2Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a horse challenge, contest, or event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other uncontrollable factors, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. However, refunds will not be provided.
3Participant Responsibility
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their eligibility and ability to participate in the horse challenges, contests, or events. This includes verifying their own physical fitness, skills, and any necessary equipment or attire required for the event.
4Transferability
Registrations or tickets for our horse challenges, contests, or events are non-transferable. They cannot be resold, gifted, or transferred to another person without prior written consent from Never Give Up Farm, LLC.
5Participant Withdrawal
If a participant chooses to withdraw from a horse challenge, contest, or event for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards future events.
6Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the horse challenges, contests, or events without providing a refund.
