All participants acknowledge and understand that participating in Never Give Up Farm, LLC’s activities, events, or services involves inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree to release Never Give Up Farm, LLC from any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or any other loss or claim that may arise during or as a result of their participation.

Assumption of Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for their own actions and safety during Never Give Up Farm, LLC’s activities. They agree to follow all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by Never Give Up Farm, LLC and its representatives. Participants understand that failure to comply with these instructions may result in their removal from the activity and forfeiture of any fees paid.

Indemnification:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Never Give Up Farm, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from their participation in Never Give Up Farm, LLC’s activities.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
